Mr Iain Collinson – woodwind tutor
Ms Caroline Kay – fiddle tutor
Music is such a beneficial subject to study; research shows it can improve brain development, help with developing language and reasoning, is great for team work – not only good for the brain but it’s just great fun!
All pupils are encouraged to take part in extra-curricular activities during the week including:
School show
Funded piano and fiddle lessons
Singing group
Ukulele group
Pupils are welcome to work in the department during lunchtime to practice their chosen instruments.
